How Do I Make A Return Or Exchange?

When returning items please take the time to return them in the condition you received them in. Return items that have been worn will not be exchanged or refunded and will be sent back to you. Goods that have been returned in less than first class condition, i.e. smelling of cigarette smoke or badly creased etc, will NOT be refunded, and will be returned back to you in the same condition.

 

Please include a copy of the original invoice OR provide the original order details such as order number, postal address, date of invoice and a contact email or phone. Make a note of the exchange or refund you require.

 

You are liable for the cost of returning goods to us.

 

We will be happy to exchange items or issue a refund. UK customers must return items for a refund or exchange within 14 days (28 days for overseas customers).

 

Once your return has been received by us, it may take up to 2 weeks to process your refund or exchange, especially during peak periods. You will be emailed once your refund has been processed and it may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account, as per PayPal’s terms of service.
